Frequently Asked Questions About Special Events

Which event should I attend?

That depends entirely upon where you are in your personal journey. Our current special events each have a different focus.

Building the Possible Dream, which happens in the breathtakingly beautiful Lake District in northern Great Britain, is designed to give you tools and resources to clarify your dreams and learn the basics of dreambuilding. You’ll learn how to build a hothouse for your dreams while discovering inspiring ways to put your plans into action.

Camp Jumpstart is a weekend event in Northfield, Minnesota, a charming college town with numerous small businesses. In this event, which is limited to a small number of participants, you’ll spend the time clarifying your business vision and gaining valuable tools to moving to the next step. The emphasis here is on thinking creatively about your entrepreneurial plans.

Creating an Inspired Business, which is set in lively Las Vegas, is about bringing creative ideas to your entrepreneurial journey. You’ll learn to tune into inspiration all around you and enhance your own creativity by being inspired by others. This is the place to come if you want to set your entrepreneurial spirit free.

Can I get the same information in a shorter seminar?

While some of the information may be the same, the special events have several advantages. First of all, the longer time frame allows for in-depth exploration. Taking time away from our normal lives to focus on our dreams in a supportive atmosphere is powerful and can’t be duplicated in a shorter program.

What’s the biggest benefit I’ll get?

It depends on what you need, but being in the presence of other dreambuilders and receiving ideas from these creative folks can be a priceless long-term benefit.

Do you do these seminars in other places?

No. In fact, as we add new events they’ll be located in places that are suited to the focus of the seminar. Creating an Inspired Business draws heavily on the unique entrepreneurial atmosphere of Las Vegas, while Building the Possible Dream reflects the quieter rural beauty of the Lake District. Camp Jumpstart is also held in a historic inn where the atmosphere is relaxed. So the environment is an intrinsic part of the program.

Can I book at the last minute?

The sooner you can put your plans in motion, the better. All events have a limited number of spaces available and if you need to book travel, that, too, requires some advance planning. Of course, we prefer knowing as far ahead as possible how many people are attending, but if you suddenly find you can attend at the last minute, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I can’t stay for the entire time?

Then it’s better to wait until we do it again. Even though it may seem like 3 or 4 days is a lot of time, we have every minute scheduled and you’ll miss something if you come late or leave early.

Can I repeat an event?

Of course. Since there’s a fairly long time interval between events, you can come back a year or two later and you’re bound to find it is an entirely different experience than it was the first time around.

Life is full and overflowing with the new. But it is necessary to empty out the old to make room for the new to enter.
